Privacy notice
Lucid Workbench Co., Ltd. is the data controller for personal information collected through lucid-workbench.click and through commissions. The studio address is 64/5 Soi Tonson, Lumphini, Pathum Wan, Bangkok 10330. Privacy requests go to hello@lucid-workbench.click or 022528901.
What we collect
From the inquiry form we collect your name, email address, the commission you select, an optional preferred start date, the product and feature you name, and the message you write. If you telephone, we keep a note of the number you called from and what you asked. During a commission we also hold the business contact details of people on your side, invoice details, and the event table you send. We ask you not to include customer passwords, card numbers, or national identifiers in that table.
The host of this website may keep technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested, for security and to keep the site available. We do not run a third-party analytics script on these pages.
Why we use it
We use inquiry details to reply, to decide whether a brief or a workshop fits, and to prepare a quote. We use commission files to do the work, to invoice, and to meet tax and accounting duties. The legal bases are steps toward a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interest in running the studio and keeping records, and legal obligation for tax. Consent is the basis for the optional choice stored when you accept cookies, as described on the cookie page. You may refuse that choice and still use the site.
Retention
Inquiry records that do not become a commission are kept for twenty-four months and then deleted or reduced to a count with no name. Commission files, including the reading and the correspondence that fixed the definitions, are kept for seven years because invoices and disputes can arise in that window. The consent cookie and the matching local storage entry last one hundred and eighty days. Accounting records follow the period Thai revenue rules require.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it with the studio’s bookkeeper for invoices, with our bank when you pay, and with the company that hosts the website and the mailbox, solely so those parties can provide that service. If a courier collects plates, they receive the delivery name and address you gave us. We may disclose information if Thai law, a court, or a competent regulator requires it.
International transfers
The studio is in Bangkok. Email and website hosting may process messages on servers outside Thailand, including in cases where a provider routes mail through another country. Where that happens we rely on contracts with those providers and on the safeguards recognized under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562. Typefaces on this site are requested from Google Fonts, which may process a connection from your browser outside Thailand. You can block that request in your browser; the pages still function in fallback type.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may ask to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict its use, to object to certain uses, and to receive a portable copy where the law provides that right. You may withdraw consent where consent was the basis, without affecting use that was already lawful. You may complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand. We may need to confirm your identity before we act, and we may refuse a request where a legal duty, such as keeping an invoice, requires us to hold the record. We aim to answer within thirty days.
Children
The studio’s commissions are for product teams. We do not seek information from children, and we ask that event tables not include a child’s name or a free-text field that would identify one.
Changes
If this notice changes, the new text will be posted on this page with the date of the change. Commission files already in hand stay under the notice that applied when you sent them, unless a change is required by law.
