The table on Soi Tonson is kept for one kind of sitting. A product team brings a feature that has already shipped, and an export of what people did with it. We draw the charts on paper and write a reading that stays with those charts.
The questions are ordinary and specific: who tried the feature, who came back to it, and where the path thinned. Lucid Workbench Co., Ltd. takes that work as a commission. Product analytics, in this room, means counting what people did. Feature adoption reporting means a brief with plates. User-behavior insights means a reading of one defined path.

Feature Adoption Brief
Five to six weeks for one feature family. Six to ten plates, a reading of twelve to twenty pages, and a closing walk in the front room or by video. The fee is quoted from 180,000 THB once the event table is clean enough to draw from.

A closing on reorder
In 2025 a grocery ordering team asked why a reorder control looked unused. The plates showed steady use among shoppers in Chiang Mai who already kept a list, and thin use among first-time buyers in Bangkok, where a promotion sat on the control. The reading did not tell them to move the banner. It showed where the control was actually being touched. Siriporn, who commissioned it, later noted that the plates arrived on time and the written reading did not.
How an intake week goes
You write with the feature name and the date window. Anchalee replies within two working days and says whether the question fits a brief, a path reading, a plate commission, or a Tuesday morning. If it fits a brief, the deposit is invoiced only after the table check says the rows can carry a plate. We do not open ink on a file that still lacks a person key.
