What you leave with

A set of six to ten chart plates and a written reading of twelve to twenty pages that shows who tried the feature, who used it again, and where use thinned, with the sample and the limit stated on each plate.

Where it happens

The front room at 64/5 Soi Tonson, Lumphini, Pathum Wan, Bangkok 10330, with the opening and closing available by video if you are outside Bangkok. Printed plates can be collected at the studio. A PDF set is sent the same day as the closing.

How the time runs

1. Name the feature

   In the first conversation we ask for the feature in one sentence, the product it sits in, and the weeks you want read. If the sentence needs three features, we split the commission before any fee is confirmed.

2. Check the export

   You send an event table. We look for a person key, a time, an event name, and a way to tell who could have seen the feature. If those are missing we stop and write down what is missing. We do not invent rows.

3. Agree the words

   Trial, return, and drop-off are written in your vocabulary and confirmed by email. A plate is not started until that note is agreed. This is the step teams later say they wish they had done alone, and usually have not.

4. Draft the plates

   Mira draws a draft set on A3. You mark any event name that is wrong. Staff accounts, test towns, and internal builds are pulled out of the denominator if you can point at them.

5. Write the reading

   Niran writes against the plates. Each claim points at a plate. The reading also says what the charts cannot support, including any split the sample is too thin to carry.

6. Close

   We walk the plates once, in the front room or by video. One revision of the reading is included. Extra plates after that walk are a new commission.

Before we begin

Name the feature, the product, and the date window. Export the event table. You do not need slides. If the feature was announced with a banner or a staff campaign, say so in the first note so week one is not treated as ordinary use.

What we will turn down

We decline a brief when the event names are still being invented, when fewer than 200 people could have seen the feature, or when the request is a prediction of revenue. The reading is in English. We do not take simultaneous briefs on two feature families for the same product; the second waits or is quoted on its own.

Fee

The fee starts at 180,000 THB for one feature family and a window of eight to sixteen weeks, once a clean table is in hand. A messy export is quoted as cleaning time before the brief fee is confirmed, or it is declined. A second feature family in the same product is quoted separately and is usually lower because the table is already checked. A closing meeting outside Bangkok is billed at travel cost if you ask for one. A deposit of forty percent opens the work and is covered in the refund note.
