Terms of engagement
These terms govern use of lucid-workbench.click and commissions agreed with Lucid Workbench Co., Ltd., a company established in 2017, with its studio at 64/5 Soi Tonson, Lumphini, Pathum Wan, Bangkok 10330. By sending an inquiry, paying a deposit, or continuing to use the site after reading this page, you accept these terms. If you are writing for a company, you confirm you may bind that company for the commission you describe.
The work
The studio commissions feature adoption briefs, user-behavior readings, chart plates, and half-day workshops. A quote in a reply is an offer for the scope written in that reply. It becomes a commission when you pay the deposit or when both sides confirm in writing, whichever comes first. Rates on the rates page are guidance. The figure on the invoice is the figure that applies.
We describe the method, the plates, and the reading in the commission sheet for the service you chose. We do not undertake to change your product, to sit inside your production systems, or to watch a feature after delivery unless a later commission says so.
Your materials
You warrant that you have the right to share the event table and any numbers you send, and that the file does not include passwords, payment card numbers, or national identity numbers. You will name staff accounts and test rows if you know them. If a third party owns the table, you will have their permission before it reaches Soi Tonson.
Intellectual property
Until the fee is paid in full, the plates, drafts, and reading remain the property of Lucid Workbench Co., Ltd. After payment in full, you own the plates and the reading for use inside your organization and with your advisors. You may not resell them as a template for other companies. We keep the right to describe our method — paper size, the order of a denominator and a limit sentence, the way a launch week is marked — without your name, your numbers, your event names, or any chart value. Drafts that were superseded stay with us as studio records.
Confidentiality
We treat the event table, the feature name, and the reading as confidential. We share them with the people in the studio who are drawing or writing the commission, and with a bookkeeper for the invoice. We do not publish your counts. You treat our unpublished fee notes and internal checklists as confidential for the same reason.
Fees and the site
Invoices are issued in Thai baht and paid by bank transfer. The site does not take card payments. A quote expires after twenty-one days unless the reply says otherwise. If your table turns out to need cleaning we did not see at intake, we will pause and send a revised figure before continuing.
Liability
The plates and the reading are an account of the table you supplied, for the window and definitions agreed in writing. They are not a promise that a feature will be used more often, and they are not legal, financial, or investment advice. Decisions after the closing — moving a control, ending a feature, changing a banner — are yours.
To the extent Thai law allows, our total liability arising out of a commission is limited to the fees you paid for that commission. We are not liable for lost profit, lost users, or a review that went ahead before the reading arrived, except where Thai law does not allow that limit, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Site use
You may read the pages and send an inquiry. You may not scrape the site in a way that degrades it, misrepresent a plate as your own drawing, or attempt to break the form. The text and the arrangement of these pages are owned by Lucid Workbench Co., Ltd. unless a page says otherwise. Trademarks of your product remain yours.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. The courts of Thailand have jurisdiction, and the parties submit to those courts. If a clause is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Questions about these terms go to hello@lucid-workbench.click or 022528901.
