Notes from the closing, not from a rating box
These are accounts from teams who sat with a specific commission. One of them is dissatisfied with the timing of a reading. We left that sentence in.
We had been calling the transfer shortcut a failure because week one looked busy and week three looked empty. Niran split staff accounts out of the curve before Mira inked anything. The plates showed a smaller, steadier return among people who already sent money every Friday. I still do not love how long the definitions email took, but the curve we had been using was the wrong one.
Our event names for ‘quote accepted’ differed between the Thai build and the English build. The path looked like a cliff. Mira laid the two names on one step and the cliff became a slope at the moment the price was shown. The reading was only seven pages. That was enough. I had wanted a comparison with a second path in the same fee, and they refused, which was irritating on the day and correct a week later when we tried to read both at once and mixed the samples.
The chart plates arrived on the day they promised. The written reading came nine days after that, and I had to ask twice. The plates were what our Monday review actually used: reorder was busy for shoppers in Chiang Mai who already kept a list, and quiet for first-time buyers in Bangkok because a promotion sat on the control. I would book the plates again. I would ask, in writing, for the reading to travel with them.
We came to Soi Tonson with an export and four opinions about what ‘tried the map filter’ meant. By noon the pencil marks on the A3 were the first definition the four of us had shared. The room is small and the morning is short. Nobody performed a talk. Anchalee had already printed the first rows, which saved us the usual half hour of opening the wrong file.

The control under the promotion
A grocery ordering team in Bangkok had shipped a reorder control and watched a weekly chart that stayed low. The chart counted taps divided by all accounts. Most accounts had never opened the basket screen where the control lived. The brief replaced that denominator with people who had reached the basket in the window.
The plates then split the remaining people by a condition the team already used: shoppers with a saved list, and shoppers on a first order. Saved-list shoppers, many of them ordering from Chiang Mai into the same chain, used reorder as a habit. First-order shoppers in Bangkok rarely reached it, because a promotion block occupied the same band of the screen. The team had suspected the control was “too quiet”. The plates made the quiet specific.
We did not recommend moving the promotion. The reading said the plates could not tell them whether moving it would raise repeat orders, only that the control was hard to reach for one group and ordinary for another. They moved the block two sprints later for their own reasons. When they wrote back, they said the Monday review had used the plates, and that the written pages had arrived after the meeting they were meant for. That delay is the reservation Siriporn recorded, and it changed how Anchalee now schedules the reading to travel with the folder, not after it.
