User-Behavior Reading
A User-Behavior Reading stays on one path. You name the start and the end — first open to a paid transfer, search to a saved dish, listing view to a booking — and we chart the steps between them.
- For
- A product or research lead who already knows the path that matters and does not need a full feature-adoption study.
- Time
- Three weeks from a usable table
- Fee
- Quoted from 95,000 THB
What you leave with
Four to six annotated path plates and a reading of six to eight pages that says where the path thins and which event names were joined or kept apart.
Who does the work
Mira Adelman draws the path plates. Niran Chaiyasit writes the short reading.
Where it happens
Prepared in the Lumphini studio. The scoping call and the closing call are by video or in the front room. Plates are collected or sent as a PDF.
Included
- A scoping call to fix the start event and the end event
- A check of the rows that belong to that path only
- Four to six path plates
- A short written reading
- One correction pass if an event name was mis-assigned
- A closing call of about an hour
Outside this commission
- Comparison across several features
- A twelve-to-twenty-page adoption reading — that is the Feature Adoption Brief
- Redesign of the screens the path runs through
- Interviews with users
How the time runs
-
Fix the two ends
You tell us the event that starts the path and the event that ends it. If you cannot name both, we do not open the reading; we point you at a workshop morning instead.
-
Limit the table
We keep only rows that can sit on that path. Side events stay in an appendix list so they are not silently dropped.
-
Draw the steps
Each step that loses people gets a plate or a marked band on a shared plate. Steps with very small counts are shown as counts, not as a smooth rate.
-
Write and close
The reading is short on purpose. It names the step that thins the path and any label problem we found, then we walk it once.
Before we begin
Send the start event, the end event, and a table that covers at least four weeks. Tell us if two app versions log the same tap under different names — that is common with Thai and English labels in the same product.
What we will turn down
One path only. We will not stretch a reading into a tour of the whole product. If the path has fewer than about eighty people reaching the second step, we will say so and offer counts on a plate rather than a rate.
Fee
The fee starts at 95,000 THB for one path and one table. A second path is a second reading. If the table uses several names for one tap and you want them reconciled, that reconciliation is included when you flag it at the start, and quoted if it appears only after the plates are drafted.
