Adoption Workshop

The workshop is a morning of marking, not a course. You bring one export. We spend the hours deciding what trial, return, and drop-off mean for that feature, and we leave the marks on paper.

For
A product squad that wants a shared vocabulary before it commissions a brief, or that needs the marking done in one sitting because a review is close.
Time
Half a day
Fee
42,000 THB in the studio, 48,000 THB by video

What you leave with

Marked draft sheets your team takes away, plus a one-page note of the definitions you agreed. A formal brief is a separate commission if you want plates and a reading afterward.

Who does the work

Niran Chaiyasit hosts the morning. Anchalee Srisuk sets the room and checks that the export arrived three days prior. Mira joins only if you have already booked plates.

Where it happens

In the front room at 64/5 Soi Tonson, Lumphini, Pathum Wan, Bangkok 10330, or by video for teams who cannot come to Lumphini.

Included

  • A half day, typically 9:30 to 13:00
  • Up to eight people in the front room, or up to eight on the video call
  • Printed draft sheets and pencils when you come to the studio
  • A one-page definition note sent the next working day
  • Tea and water in the studio

Outside this commission

  • Finished A2 plates
  • A written reading of twelve pages or more
  • A recording of the morning for people who did not attend
  • Lunch, travel, or a second feature in the same morning

On the table

In the studio: A3 draft sheets, pencils, the printed first rows of your export, and the lacquered table. By video: a shared sheet we mark while you watch, sent afterward as a PDF.

Capacity

Eight people in the room or on the call.

How the time runs

  1. Hold a morning

We offer Tuesdays and Thursdays when the front room is free. The date is agreed in the reply. We do not keep a public queue or a countdown.

  2. Send the export early

The table needs to be with us three working days before the morning. If it is late, we reschedule rather than spend the hours waiting on a file.

  3. Mark the sheet

Together we mark who could see the feature, who tried it, who returned, and where a step thins. Disagreements stay on the paper in pencil until the room picks one definition.

  4. Leave with the drafts

You take the marked sheets. The definition note follows the next working day. If you want the marks redrawn as finished plates, that is a chart plate commission or a brief.

Before we begin

Send the export three working days ahead, name the feature in one sentence, and tell us who in the room can decide a definition. People who only observe still count toward the eight.

What we will turn down

One feature in one morning. We cap the room at eight because the table does not seat more without people leaving the paper. Video workshops are capped at eight faces for the same reason. We will not run the morning from a slide deck you want presented back to you.

Fee

The studio morning is 42,000 THB. A video morning is 48,000 THB because the marking takes longer at a distance and the definition note is checked twice. Both prices cover one feature and up to eight people. A second morning for a second feature is booked separately. The deposit and the cancellation windows are in the refund note.
